Shipping policy

Where we ship from

Every item on this site is stocked in a warehouse in Perris, California. Nothing is shipped to you from overseas, so you are not waiting weeks and there are no customs charges on US orders.

 

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous United States. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay. Orders to Mexico are a flat 29 dollars.

 

Processing time

Orders are picked and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Delivery time

Most US orders arrive 2-7 business days after they ship, via FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL depending on the item and your address. Orders to Mexico take roughly 8-15 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

 

Where we ship to

We ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous US states, and to Mexico. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any country other than Mexico. Our warehouse's carriers do not serve those destinations, so no shipping rate will appear at checkout for them.

 

Orders to Mexico

The carrier service we use for Mexico has a parcel weight limit, so our bulkiest items cannot be sent there: the pop-up screen house, the folding camp kitchen, the zero gravity recliner and the truck bed tent. No shipping rate will appear for those items at a Mexican address.

Import duties and taxes on orders to Mexico are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier on delivery. They are not included in the 29 dollar shipping charge.

 

Split shipments

If you order several items they may arrive in separate boxes on different days, at no extra cost to you. Each shipment gets its own tracking number.

 

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos and we will replace it or refund you. You do not need to deal with the carrier yourself.

 

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we will refund the item but not the return shipping cost.
